Sub-processors
Last reviewed: September 9, 2026
A sub-processor is any third party we rely on to deliver Vetrix that may process data on your organization's behalf. This page lists the services we currently use and what each one touches. See our Privacy Policy for how we protect that data end-to-end.
| Sub-processor | Purpose | Data touched | Region |
|---|---|---|---|
| Supabase | Primary database, authentication, and file storage | All customer data: invoices, org/member records, documents | US |
| Stripe | Billing and subscription management | Billing contact info, subscription/payment metadata (no card numbers) | US |
| Resend | Transactional email delivery (invitations, notifications, receipts) | Recipient email addresses, email content | US |
| Google (Gmail API) | Optional invoice-ingestion channel, connected per organization | Read-only access to a connected mailbox's messages with attachments | US |
| Intuit (QuickBooks Online) | Optional accounting sync, connected per organization | Vendors, jobs/classes, cost codes, bills synced to/from the customer's own QuickBooks company | US |
| Zoho Books | Optional accounting sync, connected per organization | Vendors, cost centers, bills synced to/from the customer's own Zoho Books organization | US / India |
| Sentry | Error monitoring and diagnostics | Application error context (best-effort scrubbed of secrets/tokens) | US |
| Vercel | Application hosting | All traffic passes through Vercel's infrastructure in transit | US |
Optional integrations (Gmail, QuickBooks Online, Zoho Books) only process your organization's data if a member of your organization connects that integration. Disconnecting an integration in Settings stops future data sharing with that provider.
